Surgery addict Mary Magdalene almost died in her quest for the ‘world’s fattest vagina’ and has now told her fans she’s ‘alive’ after one of her 38J boob implants exploded
An adult model who nearly died in her attempt to get the "world's fattest vagina" has confirmed she's "alive" following another plastic surgery disaster.
Mary Magdalene, from Toronto, Canada, has reportedly forked out more than $300,000 on her extreme plastic surgery transformation, which has included three Brazillian butt lifts, five boob jobs, several liposuction procedures, five rounds of butt injections and countless lip and cheek fillers. The dozens of procedures left her with 38J boobs and a whopping 58-inch bum.
The self-confessed surgery addict even nearly died on the operating table during a procedure which saw her have fat transferred from other parts of her body and injected into her vagina. She told The Sun in 2019: "I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood, and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die."

But despite the scary experience, Mary continued to go under the knife only to experience more complications earlier this year when one of her 38J boob implants exploded, leaving her with a uni-boob.
Posting a picture of what she looked like after one of the 5000cc burst to her Instagram back in February, she told fans: “Hey you guys, so this is my boob now. So yeah basically my breast implant popped – again. I’m having surgery to take them out next week. I’m going to go back natural in not only my boobs but other parts of my body too.”
Mary recently showed off her significantly reduced chest size as she posted a photo of her new look to Instagram. She captioned the post "I'm alive" followed by three hearts and three kiss faces. The model could be seen flaunting her heavily tattooed figure as she posed in a doorway while rocking a short brunette bob and fringe.
While her upper half looked considerably more natural than before, OnlyFans model Mary has maintained her extreme-looking bum despite her pledge to return the rest of her body to a more natural state and proudly showed off her "fattest vagina" in a pair of skin-tight grey shorts. Fans were quick to flood her comment section with compliments in response to the update.
"Alive and THRIVING," one fan wrote. Another added: "QUEEN u are such an icon for not being dead! You are really alive and i love that about you!" A third wrote: "Still love that phat cat".
It seems like her smaller chest might not be sticking around for long either. Mary has previously admitted to her followers she misses her "big jugs" and said "Can't wait to be reunited w my twins" as she posted an older snap of her massive implants.
During a Q&A session on her Instagram in May she revealed she was planning on having her boobs made bigger again by getting expanders. She told her followers: "I have no idea what size life will lead me to. I change a lot so I don't know what cc. I was thinking 2,000cc max but then sometimes when I look at my huge implant videos I miss them huge huge."
She added: "But at the same time, I have built a very peaceful life here so I'm just going to see how I feel existing here with a larger size and if it's not too annoying, I would consider going bigger." Mary hoped her doctor would sign off for the surgery in August but her recent posts suggest it's not happened yet.
