The world of "nepo babies" following in their parents’ footsteps has been rife of late, with plenty of children heading into the acting or music industries after their families paved the way.
But some took it a step further and opted for racier adult careers. Sami Sheen – daughter to Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and Hollywood actress Denise Richards – shocked the world when she signed up to an adult content site, with her mum Denise doing the same just days later.
And as for Heidi Klum’s daughter Leni, 19, the pair have raised quite a few eyebrows recently by posing in matching lingerie together for a series of sultry photoshoots. There’s also Hugh Hefner’s son Marston, who claims to have made more than $30,000 from his own X-rated content.

Even Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon is getting in on the action, and has posed both in lingerie and completely naked several times over the years.
Leni Klum
America’s Got Talent judge Heidi Klum has been forced to defend her “embarrassing” lingerie shoots alongside her 19-year-old daughter Leni. The pair teamed up for an Intimissimi campaign in matching undies – but Heidi says they had fun doing it.
Supermodel Heidi said: “It's been fun to shoot together. To do photoshoots together with her and just to see how she's just very comfortable and also comfortable around me even when we're doing underwear shoots or something like that."
While Leni said: “I am overall happy with the campaign and I had an amazing day with my mom. I think the photos turned out great.”
But some fans weren’t keen on the idea, branding the concept “weird”. One wrote on Instagram: “First thing I think of when I want to pose in my intimates: My mom should be here!” Another echoed: “I would not be proud to show my daughter off in this way. I would feel embarrassed and sad."
Heidi shares Leni with 73-year-old business mogul Flavio Briatore, while she welcomed her three other children – Henry, Johan and Lou – with her ex-husband Seal.
Sami Sheen
In 2022, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ daughter Sami Sheen announced she would be joining OnlyFans – and she’s since described herself as a “sex worker”. A source told People, however, that Wild Things star Denise “knows her daughter is not a sex worker. She's just saying outrageous things. She doesn't even show any skin on OnlyFans.
“Sami has 4,000 followers. So she's making $80,000 (£62,000) a month doing almost nothing and barely showing anything. She's just teasing the audience.”
Sami even convinced her Playboy model mum to sign up to the adult site herself, despite backlash from her father Charlie when she made an account. He issued a statement at the time which said: “I do not condone this, but since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity.
“She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof." But Denise argued that Sami’s choice “wasn’t based on whose house she lives in”.
Lourdes Leon
Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon doesn’t shy away from stripping off, and when promoting her new track Spelling she got completely naked, with her famous curves only covered by her long black hair. The track was inspired by her mother’s song Frozen, which topped the charts in 1998.
Lourdes wrote: “This piece is very special. It’s an homage to my mother’s timeless piece of art, Frozen. That piece has come up countless times in my life, connecting the two of us. I would be nothing without the woman who brought me into the world. I revere her, and hope that this translates.”
Lourdes has also posed up a storm in lingerie plenty of times in the past, and last year donned a bright red set from Savage x Fenty – along with a pair of thigh-high fishnets. Featuring a push-up bra and cut-out panties, Lourdes styled her blue hair into pigtails and extended one leg as she sat at Rihanna’s feet, sucking her finger.
Marston Hefner
Hugh Hefner’s son Marston shocked the nation when he signed up to OnlyFans in March 2023 – and since then, he’s made more than $33,000 from the platform by posing nude. A self-described ‘nepo baby’, Marston says he won’t post “explicit” content on the site and thanked his Playboy mogul father for giving him the opportunity.
He revealed: “If I wasn't Hugh Hefner's son I wouldn't have seen the same opportunities I have been given. If I didn't have my last name, it wouldn't have been even possible to get this kind of stuff, so I'm grateful."
Marston describes himself as “bisexual AF” and posts “tasteful” nudes to the platform – but refuses to create raunchy content with other creators because he’s in a monogamous marriage.
He confessed: “I don't have an allegiance towards OnlyFans or Playboy, but OnlyFans has helped me grow a lot.”
Claudia Conway
An American Idol star in her own right, Claudia Conway – daughter of politician Kellyanne Conway – decided to reclaim control of her own body by posing for Playboy.
The star said that she was “exploited” and “preyed upon” when she was only 15 years old, and now wants to change the narrative by signing up as a Playboy bunny. She confessed on Twitter: “Now, as a young adult, I am aiming to reclaim my womanhood and femininity in a way that is truly mine. I am putting myself out there in a way that is MY OWN and no one else’s. I have full control of my body and my voice.”
Claudia added: I believe in writing your own narrative, like I’ve said in the past, and taking back what was once unjustly taken from you. Autonomy and freedom are two things everyone should have. Don’t let someone capitalise off of your vulnerabilities – reclaim them.”
With her mom working for former US president Donald Trump, Claudia joined up to Playboy’s digital content creation platform to launch her own career, summing up: “Who owns the content, making money off of it and has full control over what is out there now? Me.”

American Pickers star Danielle Colby welcomed daughter Memphis with her first husband Chad Cushman – and the pair have a lot more in common than looks. The pair are also both OnlyFans creators.
Memphis, 22, had big plans for the site, confirming to fans that she was using her earnings to pay for college. She revealed during a Q&A: “I put away a chunk of every paycheque! Simple as that.”
