80s supermodel Carol Alt has revealed that she is joining an X-rated adults-only streaming platform at the age of 62.
The star has revealed that this is the first time that she will have "control" of her own snaps and is willing to post "tasteful nudes." In an interview with Page Six she said: "“Forty-four years of working, I don’t own one of my photos.
“When people say ‘Do you have a photo I can use?’ I have to go ask someone." She also added that she is joining OnlyFans because: "I can choose a photo or not, say I want it or not, they are mine.

“I can shoot how I want to shoot. It’s the wave of the future… When people say it isn’t my image, I don’t want to be defined by someone else image [of me]. I want to define my own image.”
Carol first soared to fame in 1971 when she appeared on the cover of Harper's Bazaar magazine. In the 80s she became a phenomenon when she appeared on the covers of magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Cosmopolitan.
OnlyFans has become known for its racy snaps and pornography. When asked if she would be posing for these kinds of snaps the star told page six that there would be "nude photos, but tastefully done."

She explained that she feels “There is a difference between pictures that are tacky and pictures that are tasteful." Before adding: "I don’t know a model out there who hasn’t done a nude.”
The former covered girl also explained that she learnt about the platform from her friend Denise Richards, who is also on the site. Denise came under fire when she joined the platform alongside her teenage daughter Sami Sheen.
