Donna D'Errico was dubbed 'scary beautiful' in a Halloween-themed post which saw her stunning the masses in lacy black lingerie.
To give the Instagram snap a spooky twist the former Baywatch babe had photoshopped her face to have a sinister smile. Captioning the image with the ghoulish grin, the ageless 55-year-old asked her 2.3 million followers, "trick or treat?"
The stunning star looked incredible as she showed off every inch of her curvaceous figure, with her now blonde locks framing her face. However, her digital makeover threw a bit of a curveball for fans of the actress and model.

Still, large scary smile or not, it didn't stop admirers from gushing over her appearance in the likes and comments sections.
