And sometimes the partying could get quite extreme. Samantha recalled how a bunch of bikes on a stag night had turned up at the club and asked for a private dance. “You're not allowed to have sex or anything in the clubs in Australia, because the police come in all the time.”
But on this occasion, Savannah confesses, it got very close indeed: “I was [drunk] and they were like all hot and I said ‘you guys should all finger me’ and they did and it was really really hot.”
She explains that she was generally quite tipsy while she was stripping, which might go some way towards explaining her somewhat wanton behaviour: I would always drink at work, you have to… it’s like a party so if you're sober it's kind of boring. You have to dance for like a long time and alcohol gives you energy.”
Considering the wild sexual adventures of her twenties, Savannah was a comparatively late starter, losing her virginity at the age of 18.
“I was Catholic. I went to church and everything like that and I lived in an isolated area. But then I moved to the city and I met this guy … he was my boyfriend and we had sex and it was really good. He’s still so hot – it was the perfect first time.”
